An AgCl supplement system for a CGMS sensor, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a sensor unit capable of being implanted in a body and formed in multiple layers so as to surround the outer circumferential surface of a tube in order to measure the concentration of glucose in the body; a digital-to-analog convertor circuit for applying a constant DC voltage for initiating a redox reaction of the glucose with respect to the sensor unit and for promoting an electron transfer reaction, and a stepped ladder-type perturbation voltage of a lambda "Λ" shape to supplement AgCl in a reference electrode of the sensor unit following the constant DC voltage; and a microcontroller for controlling the digital-to-analog convertor circuit and for determining whether a concentration value of glucose is within an error range by using the stepped ladder-type perturbation voltage of a lambda "Λ" shape.
