DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BLANKS FOR THERMOPLASTIC VACUUM CLEANER BAGS

The group of inventions relates to the field of mechanical engineering and concerns a device for producing blanks for thermoplastic vacuum cleaner bags and a method for producing said blanks. The present device comprises a roll stand with conveying rollers, a table, a separator for separating blanks into layers, pneumatic drives for movable assemblies, a frame with heating elements, and a control unit for controlling all of the assemblies. The assemblies of the device have corresponding electrical connections to inputs of the control unit and of the pneumatic drives. The present method includes operations which allow the production of blanks for thermoplastic vacuum cleaner bags. The group of inventions provides the technical result of improving the quality of weld seams and of holes burned into blanks for thermoplastic vacuum cleaner bags, and of reducing electrical energy consumption.
