SELF-SILTING SOFT DAM SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING AND CONTROLLING GULLY EROSION IN LOESS AREA

Disclosed is a self-silting soft dam system for preventing and controlling gully erosion in a loess area, comprising a water-permeable silting system and a siphon drainage system. The water-permeable silting system comprises a plastic blind drain (31), and a geotextile (32). The siphon drainage system comprises a sedimentation pool (51), a cover plate (52), and a drainage siphon (53). A water outlet of the plastic blind drain (31) is in communication with the sedimentation pool (51). The top of the sedimentation pool (51) is provided with the cover plate (52), and a sidewall of the sedimentation pool (51) is provided with an open pore. A water inlet of the drainage siphon (53) extends into the sedimentation pool (51), and a water outlet of the drainage siphon (53) is placed in a downstream safe area after passing through the open pore on the sidewall of the sedimentation pool (51).
