Provided in the present invention are a bowl-shaped dual-polarized base station antenna radiating unit and an antenna. The radiating unit comprises a metal base and four pairs of metal supporting elements. The metal supporting elements are mounted on the metal base. A metal radiating arm is provided at the top extremity of each metal supporting element. The front extremity of each metal radiating arm is bent downwards at 90°. A metal feed connecting block is provided between the two metal radiating arms at the top extremities of each pair of the metal supporting elements, the metal feed connecting block is connected to either metal radiating arm, a coaxial cable soldering groove is provided at the top extremity of the metal supporting element corresponding to the other metal radiating arm, and an external conductor of a feed coaxial cable is soldered to the coaxial cable soldering groove. Rear surface grooves are provided on the metal feed connecting blocks; an internal conductor of the feed coaxial cable is extended into the rear surface grooves and soldered to the metal feed connecting blocks. The present invention has the advantages of a high impedance bandwidth, high degree of separation, and high cross-polarization ratio and is structurally simple and easy to install.
