A method for induced drilling by means of inertial confinement motion traction, and an inertial confinement induced drilling device with a PDC drill. By means of the method for induced drilling by means of inertial confinement motion traction, the separation of drilling pressure and torque is realized. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, model selection for induced drilling; step 2, potential energy storage for induced drilling; and step 3, steady and transient induced drilling.
