The present invention relates to a dual-system-based writing stroke configuring method and system, storage medium and apparatus. The method comprises: after a first system activates a transparent writing layer, configuring a current display transparency of writing strokes on the transparent writing layer to a first transparency, wherein when a writing software of a second system is activated, transmitting an activation instruction to the first system by the second system, and activating the transparent writing layer in the first system according to the activation instruction, the first transparency being an invisible transparency; after the writing begins, transmitting a display configuration instruction to the first system by the second system, wherein the display configuration instruction comprises a target display transparency of writing strokes on a writing interface of the writing software; configuring the current display transparency of writing strokes on the transparent writing layer to the target display transparency according to the display configuration instruction; and after the writing is finished, switching the current display transparency of writing strokes on the transparent writing layer to the first transparency.
