A radiation-proof automatic radiopharmaceutical preparation and injection device, comprising: a protective cover (100), a drug rinsing device (1), a drug preparation device (2), a preparation extraction device (3), and an injection device (4); the drug rinsing device (1), the drug preparation device (2), the preparation extraction device (3) and the injection device (4) are all disposed within the protective cover (100), and the protective cover (100) is further internally provided with a mechanical claw (5); the mechanical claw (5) may move between the drug rinsing device (1), the drug preparation device (2), the preparation extraction device (3) and the injection device (4). The mechanical claw (5) may replace operation by a worker, thereby achieving automatic operation in drug production, preparation and injection, while the worker is protected by means of the protective cover (100) so as to prevent unnecessary injuries.
