A heat generation device, heat-not-burn cigarette device, and constant-temperature smoke release method. The heat generation device (10) comprises: a heat generation member housing (100) provided with an opening portion at one end thereof; a heat generation member cover (200) provided on the opening portion; and an atomization component (300) provided within the heat generation member housing (100) and having a vapor discharge end connected to the heat generation member cover (200) via an end portion thermal insulation and fastening member (410). The atomization component (300) has a side surface covered with a side thermal insulation component (420). An airflow gap (500) for an airflow to flow through is provided between the side thermal insulation component (420) and the heat generation member housing (100). An air inlet end of the atomization component (300) is in communication with the airflow gap (500). The atomization component (300) of the heat generation device (10) is suspended from the heat generation member cover (200) to optimize thermal insulation between the atomization component (300) and the heat generation member housing (100). The side thermal insulation component (420) and the end portion thermal insulation and fastening member (410) maintain the temperature of and provide thermal insulation to the atomization component (300), thus improving the heating efficiency of the atomization component (300). The heat-not-burn cigarette device enables constant-temperature smoke release, and is rechargeable.
