INTEGRATED APPARATUS FOR SINGLE CELL FAST RAMAN MEASUREMENT AND LASER EJECTION SORTING

A laser ejection substrate (1) and an integrated apparatus used for single cell fast Raman measurement and laser ejection sorting and comprising said substrate (1). The integrated apparatus comprises a laser ejection substrate (1), a dot sample chip (2), and a receiving core (3), and the laser ejection substrate (1), the dot sample chip (2), and the receiving core (3) can be stacked in sequence and reversibly attached to form an integrated corresponding structure. Using a fully transparent substrate (1) prevents the substrate (1) from flipping over and the cell re-addressing, implementing both the measurement and ejection of the single cell; using a three-layer closed system prevents external exposure during the operating procedure, reducing the possibility of external pollution; and using an array microwell (3-1) receiving apparatus increases the efficiency of single cell acquisition and connects directly with downstream operations.
