Using a fully transparent substrate (1) prevents the substrate (1) from flipping over and the cell re-addressing, implementing both the measurement and ejection of the single cell; using a three-layer closed system prevents external exposure during the operating procedure, reducing the possibility of external pollution; and using an array microwell (3-1) receiving apparatus increases the efficiency of single cell acquisition and connects directly with downstream operations.
