The present invention provides an incentive to a customer, without requiring the use of a reward card or a mobile terminal having a contactless IC card installed therein. According to the present invention: key codes which are associated with stores Sa, Sb, Sc, and the contents of which are changed at prescribed time intervals are issued; the issued key codes are displayed on displays Da, Db, Dc at the respective stores; upon reception of a telephone number of a mobile terminal 4 and a key code, a store is identified on the basis of the received key code, while a customer visiting the store is identified on the basis of the telephone number received; and then an incentive (reward point) offered by the identified store is provided to the identified customer.
