The present invention relates to a method for making an advance payment of accounts receivable which must be paid by a buyer to a seller in return for goods sold or services provided. The method for making an advance payment, according to the present invention, comprises: a seller information storage step in which a broker computer receives, from a buyer computer, information on a seller, and stores same; an advance payment information storage step in which the broker computer stores information on the limit of a total advance payment amount, and information on a seller account possessed by the seller; an accounts receivable available as advance payment-information storage step in which the broker computer stores information on accounts receivable that can be paid in advance; an advance payment request step in which the seller accesses the broker computer via a seller terminal and selects accounts receivable that the seller desires to receive as advance payment; a determination step in which the broker computer determines accounts receivable to be paid in advance; an advance payment execution step in which a computer of a fund provider deposits the advance payment amount to the seller account; and an advance payment notification step in which the broker computer sends a message on the execution of the advance payment.
