A carbon nanoparticle-porous framework composite material, a lithium metal complex of the carbon nanoparticle-porous framework composite material, preparation methods therefor, and applications thereof. In the carbon nanoparticle-porous framework composite material, a porous framework is a carbon-based porous microsphere material having a diameter of 1-100 µm, or a porous metal material having internal pores with a micron-scale pore size distribution; carbon nanoparticles are distributed in the pores or on the surface of the carbon-based porous microsphere material or porous metal material. The carbon nanoparticle-porous framework composite material is mixed with molten lithium metal to form a lithium-carbon nanoparticle-porous framework composite material. Carbon nanoparticles present in the material can conduct lithium ions better in a battery recycling process, such that the production of lithium metal dendrites is inhibited and the safety and recycling stability of the battery is improved.
