Disclosed in the present application are a blank invoice distribution processing method, used for solving the problem that an inventory of blank invoices stored by an invoice management system is inconsistent with that in a tax control system when a return result of a tax control distribution interface cannot be obtained. The method provided by the present application comprises: determining in an inventory of blank invoices undistributed by the invoice management system a target blank invoice to be distributed at present; querying whether the invoice information of the target blank invoice is recorded in an invoice management table of the tax control system; if yes, executing a preconfigured invoice distribution operation; if not, querying whether the invoice information of the target blank invoice is recorded in a distribution information table of the tax control system; if the invoice information of the target blank invoice is recorded in the distribution information table, deleting the target blank invoice from the blank invoice inventory; and if the invoice information of the target blank invoice is not recorded in the distribution information table, executing the preconfigured invoice distribution operation. The preconfigured invoice distribution operation comprises: calling the tax control distribution interface; and deleting the target blank invoice from the blank invoice inventory if the return result is successful.
