Provided is a spinal image generation system based on an ultrasonic rubbing technique, comprising a collection unit and a processing unit. The system generates ultrasonic rubbing based on an ultrasonic image of a characteristic contour of a two-dimensional spinal surface structure, and matches same with a digital medical image contour, to obtain a personalised spinal surface topographical map, updated in real time, consistent with the posture of a patient during an operation. A navigation positioning system for spinal surgery based on the spinal image generation system is disclosed, and the system comprises a navigation module and the spinal image generation system based on an ultrasonic rubbing technique. The navigation positioning system for spinal surgery can acquire a personalised spinal surface topographical map, updated in real time, consistent with the posture of a patient during an operation, and conducts real-time navigation during the operation based on the spinal surface topographical map. The present invention greatly reduces the difficulty of spinal surgery, and realises precise non-radiative guided puncture, real-time navigation and simple and reliable aided surgical targets, facilitating the popularisation and application of minimally invasive spinal surgery, represented by a spinal endoscope, to basic medical and health institutions.
