The temperature monitor (6) and the humidity indicating alarm (7) are backwardly connected with the central controller (1); the central controller (1) is backwardly connected with the actuator (2); the actuator (2) controls an open-close mechanism (21), and the actuator (2) controls the electric heating wires (4); the power consumption of heating of the electric heating wires (4) is recorded by a power consumption recorder (41); the actuator (2) controls a translation mechanism (22). The solar panel (51) is backwardly connected with the electric energy accumulator (52); the electric energy accumulator (52) is connected to the additional power supply (53); the additional power supply (53) and the external power supply (9) are combined to jointly supply power to components of the automatic temperature control device other than the power supply module (5). The temperature control device is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the control system thereof is not very complicated but is highly functional; a feedback mechanism and data processing are reliable and intelligent; therefore, the effect of "intelligent control" is truly achieved.
