A physical examination route guidance assistant system (10) and method. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring identity information about a user and sending same to a physical examination management platform (3), and receiving a queuing sequence number, the number of waiting persons, a physical examination item department and a physical examination item department location, sent by the physical examination management platform (3), of a physical examination item of a user (S12); generating a waiting time of each physical examination item according to an inspection time of each physical examination item and the number of waiting persons of each physical examination item (S13); generating a physical examination item route sequence of physical examination items of the user and sending same to the physical examination management platform (3), and generating a walking time of each physical examination item department to the next physical examination item department according to the distance between a physical examination item department corresponding to each physical examination item and the next physical examination item in the physical examination item route sequence sent by the physical examination management platform (3) and a pre-set walking speed (S17); and displaying, on a physical examination route indication interface, the physical examination items according to the physical examination item route sequence. The present invention provides a physical examination item route sequence for assisting a user with physical examination, thereby providing convenience.
