Provided are an RAR interception method, a sending method, a related device and a system. The method comprises: sending a random access preamble to a base station; and at a time position of a downlink beam corresponding to the random access preamble, intercepting an RAR sent by the base station. Since an RAR only needs to be intercepted at a time position of a downlink beam corresponding to a random access preamble, the power consumption of a user terminal can be reduced.
