A pipe flow-through direct drinking water extension machine without a water tank, comprising a first three-way joint (1201), a faucet assembly (9), and a hot container assembly (11); a first end of the first three-way joint (1201) is in communication with a water inlet end, while a second end of the first three-way joint (1201) is in communication with a water outlet end; further comprised is a check valve (1111); a third end of the first three-way joint (1201) is in communication with an inlet of a water supply pipe of the direct drinking water extension machine, while a water inlet of a cold water faucet (901) and a water inlet of a hot container (1101) are both in communication with a water outlet of the water supply pipe of the direct drinking water extension machine, a water outlet of the hot container (1101) being in communication with a water inlet of a hot water faucet (902); a steam outlet of the hot container (1101) is in communication with an inlet of the check valve (1111), and an outlet of the check valve (1111) is in communication with the outside, thereby solving the problems of secondary pollution, water quality aging, and complex cleaning, which exist for conventional direct drinking water extension machines.
