A wireless projection type auto-darkening welding mask (1) and a welding device equipped with the wireless projection type auto-darkening welding mask (1). The wireless projection type auto-darkening welding mask comprises: a mask housing (40); a headband structure (60) for fixing the mask housing (40); an auto-darkening filter (10) fixed to the mask housing (40); a wireless communication module (100a); and a miniature projector (600) in data connection with the auto-darkening filter (10) and the wireless communication module (100a), wherein when the auto-darkening filter (10) is in a transparent state, the miniature projector (600) is suitable for projecting an operation parameter of the auto-darkening filter (10) and/or data received via the wireless communication module (100a) to a plane in front of the welding mask (1) so as to facilitate observation by a wearer of the welding mask (1).
