The present invention relates to a tricuspid regurgitation treatment tool to be inserted into the pulmonary artery and, more particularly, to a tricuspid regurgitation treatment tool to be inserted into the pulmonary artery, which is used to identify the onset of right ventricular failure which may occur upon treatment of tricuspid regurgitation by surgery or other permanent therapies and which is removed at a predetermined time after temporary insertion into the patient body. The tricuspid regurgitation treatment tool to be inserted into the pulmonary artery comprises a blocking part for blocking a tricuspid valve; and an insertion tube in which a lumen for guiding a guide wire is formed such that the insertion tube is movable along the guide wire.
