A blockchain management method applied to responsibilities. The method converts responsibility items in a constructed post responsibilities list into blocks, thereby realizing trust-based recording of the execution process of responsibility items, and enabling evaluation and management of the main tasks and monitoring tasks of a post and of the entire responsibility list.
