The effectively-support-type oxygen inhalation and sputum aspiration oropharyngeal airway device, comprising an inner airway body (11) provided from a proximal end to a distal end, and a support plate (10) parallel to the human tongue surface and having a certain width; the support plate (10) comprises a proximal end (101) and a distal bending portion (102), the proximal end (101) being positioned on the front face of the inner airway body (11) and constituting the wall of a duct, and the bending angle of the distal bending portion (102) being 0° to 180°; the front face of the distal bending portion (102) is provided with at least two evenly distributed projections (402), or recesses (403), or through holes (401); the surfaces of the projections (402) facing to the teeth are smooth and the surfaces of the projections (402) facing to the pharynx have a height of 1 mm to 2 mm, or the recessing depth of the recesses (403) is 0.5 mm to 1 mm, or the diameter of the through holes (401) is 1 mm to 3 mm; the inner airway body (11) provided from a proximal end to a distal end integrates a sputum aspiration duct and an oxygen inhalation duct.
