A lower fairing of an ultra-high-speed elevator and an elevator. The elevator comprises an elevator car and a transmission device; the elevator car comprises a lower fairing; and the lower fairing comprises a framework (1) and a cover layer (2) which is fixedly covered over the outer side of the framework. The framework comprises an upper frame (3), a plurality of supporting columns (4) mounted below the upper frame (3), and a side frame (6); the number of the supporting columns (4) which are located on the front half side is smaller than that of the supporting columns (4) which are located on the rear half side; and the supporting columns (4) which are located on the left side and the supporting columns (4) which are located on the right side are symmetrically arranged. The lower fairing of the ultra-high-speed elevator ensures not only a smooth airflow through a main air outlet passage, but also a smooth airflow through other parts of the cover layer, thus the moisture in the cover layer can be taken away in time, so as to prevent devices in the cover layer from corrosion due to the fact that the devices in the cover layer are located in a humid environment for a long time.
