A process for treating medium-concentration organic industrial wastewater, comprising the following steps: feeding raw wastewater into a conditioning tank to remove large particulate materials; then circulating the wastewater twice in an ultrasonic and hydrogen peroxide combined oxidation system and an ozone and ultraviolet combined oxidation system; and feeding the effluent of the ozone and ultraviolet combined oxidation system into a membrane filtration system, the membrane filtration system being composed of an ultrafiltration system and a reverse osmosis system, feeding the ultrafiltration produced water into the reverse osmosis system for further processing, and feeding the effluent of the reverse osmosis system into an activated carbon adsorption device, the water produced by means of the adsorption of activated carbon being reused.
