An aging test device for a PE pipe under a fluctuating pressure and an aging lifetime prediction method. For the aging test device, gas loading of an entire pipe (2) is provided by a pressure supply device, a gas pressure in the pipe (2) is regulated by the combined action of pressure sensors (4, 8), electric control valves (3, 9), and a central controller (10), a pressure injection and pressure relief process is repeated to form fatigue cyclic loading, and a test pipe section (7) is aged by an aging device. The aging test device changes the previous single-factor ageing research by combining various environmental stresses together to form a laboratory environment which simulates an actual working condition of an urban natural gas pipe. The aging lifetime prediction method is based on the aging test device. An aged pipe sample is taken out after a specific period to test mechanical properties and physical and chemical properties thereof, thereby obtaining related data for measuring any environmental temperature and any pipe aging property change. Compared with a previous method, the aging lifetime prediction method is simple, efficient, and low in cost.
