A predictive model establishment method and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The device comprises : a memory, a processor and a predictive model establishment procedure stored in the memory and operable by the processor, the procedure, when executed by the processor, performing the following steps : acquiring an exogenous feature of an item under prediction in one or more time units before a target time unit, and an auto-regression time feature before the target time unit; performing pre-process and a normalization process on the features to acquire a normalized set of features; performing feature filtering on the features according to a preset rule to acquire a predictive feature; using an actual observed value of the item under prediction to be a predictive target and using the predictive feature and the predictive target to be a predictive sample; and acquiring a plurality of predictive samples according to the above steps and inputting the predictive samples to a preset regression model for training to generate a predictive model. The present invention increases the prediction accuracy of a predictive model.
