This disclosure relates to an optical grating and a preparation method, a driving method, and a naked eye three-dimensional display system. The optical grating comprises a simplest optical grating and driving signal lines. The simplest optical grating consists of a plurality of optical grating units which are sequentially arranged, the driving signal lines are connected to the optical grating units, and the driving signal lines are configured to transmit driving signals to each of the plurality of optical grating units according to different resolutions so as to drive each of the optical grating units in a light transmitting state or light blocking state, so that the simplest optical grating obtains optical grating constants corresponding to the resolutions.
