An automatic sampling blood analyzer and a test tube automatic sampling recognition device thereof. The test tube automatic sampling recognition device comprises a test tube rack unit, a sensor unit, a test tube recognition unit, and an automatic sampling flow control unit. The sensor unit is provided at an inlet of the test tube rack unit of the automatic sampling blood analyzer, and is electrically connected to the test tube recognition unit. The automatic sampling flow control unit is electrically connected to the test tube recognition unit, and automatically controls the action of the test tube rack according to output results of the test tube recognition unit. The test tube automatic sampling recognition device can automatically recognize two types of tubes during an automatic sampling process and determine the automatic sampling flow on the basis of different types of tubes.
