An ultrasonic focusing lens based on a planar artificial structure. The lens comprises: an acoustic soft material plate (1), wherein the upper and lower surfaces thereof are respectively provided with: a circular portion (11), and a plurality of concentric annular portions (12) successively arranged around the circular portion (11), wherein adjacent annular portions (12) are different in thickness, and the circular portions (11) and the annular portions (12) on the upper and lower surfaces are vertically symmetrical relative to the central horizontal line of the acoustic soft material plate (1), respectively; and silicone cover layers (2) covering the upper and lower surfaces of the acoustic soft material plate (1) respectively, so that the ultrasonic focusing lens has a uniform total thickness, and the thickness of each annular portion (12) is related to the focal length of the ultrasonic focusing lens. The planar focusing lens can regulate and control the acoustic wave focusing. In cooperation with a planar ultrasonic probe, the ultrasonic focusing lens can generate a focusing ultrasonic sound field and can accurately regulate and control a focusing depth to realize a single-point focusing effect and a multi-point focusing effect at different depths, so as to achieve simultaneous ultrasonic stimulation on areas at different depths of an operated object, and thus the ultrasonic focusing lens is easy to operate, low in cost and flexible to use.
