A liquid crystal display panel with an ultra-narrow lower bezel and a corresponding manufacturing method. The liquid crystal display panel comprises a TFT array substrate (2), a CF substrate (1), and a liquid crystal layer located therebetween. The TFT array substrate (2) comprises a substrate, and the substrate comprises an active display area (20) in the middle and peripheral area (21) located outside of the active display area (20). At least a part of a lower bezel area (22) of the peripheral area (21) extends out of the CF substrate (1). A pattern (24) is etched on the lower bezel area (22), and an insulating layer (3) is provided on the pattern. The upper side of the insulating layer (3) is etched to form a plurality of LCD conductive pads (250), a plurality of via holes (30) is formed on the insulating layer (3), and each LCD conductive pad (250) on the upper side of the insulating layer (3) is electrically connected to the pattern (24) etched on the lower bezel area (22) of the substrate of the TFT array substrate (2) by means of one via hole (30), so that the ultra-narrow lower bezel of the liquid crystal display panel is achieved.
