CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD BASED ON HEALTH EXAMINATION ALL-IN-ONE MACHINE

A chronic disease management system and method based on a health examination all-in-one machine. The method comprises the steps of: reading, from a chronic disease management server, a daily follow-up visit plan for a patient; searching a medical order system platform for examination items and plan dates of the daily follow-up visit plan, and generating a current follow-up visit of the patient; when the medical order system platform transmits a medical order, determining unplanned examination items and planned examination items of the patient and sending same to a mobile intelligent terminal of the patient to notify the patient to undergo item examinations; when the self-service health examination all-in-one machine receives the examination result, performing statistical analysis on the examination result to evaluate the execution effect of a doctor on chronic disease management of the patient; and regularly sending information of the examination items and examination period which are adjusted by the doctor to the mobile intelligent terminal of the patient. According to the method, the daily examination of a patient during a rehabilitation period or an observation period can be monitored, and the doctor can be assisted to adjust a chronic disease management solution in time to improve the management effect on the chronic disease patient.
