Disclosed are a naphthothiodibenzofuran unit-based blue light polymer light-emitting material, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Sulfonyl in the naphthothiodibenzofuran unit is a strong electron-withdrawing unit that facilitates improving the electron affinity, promoting the injection and transporting of electrons. Moreover, the sulfonyl in the naphthothiodibenzofuran unit is located on a side chain of the polymer, and same has an appropriate conjugate plane, without causing a significant red shift in a spectrum. In the present invention, the naphthothiodibenzofuran unit-based blue light polymer light-emitting material is obtained by means of a Suzuki polymerization reaction, and the light-emitting material is dissolved using a common organic solvent, and then formed into a film by means of spin coating, ink-jet printing or printing to prepare a light-emitting layer of a light-emitting diode, wherein when the light-emitting layer is prepared into a light-emitting device, there is no need for an annealing treatment.
