A high-degree biological simulation-based voice processing filter, said filter being a nine-stage filter formed by cascading a band pass filter unit (10), a low-pass filter unit (20) and an elliptic low-pass filter unit (30) in sequence, the center frequency of the nine-stage filter being adjusted by means of the low pass filter unit (20). In this way, by combining the frequency response characteristics of a biological cochlea, the sound response curve near a particular center frequency can be subdivided into a gentler passive segment, a selective active segment, and a cut-off segment having an abrupt change; in the gentler passive segment, the band pass filter unit (10) is used for processing; in the selective active segment, the low pass filter unit (20) is used for processing, and in the cut-off segment having an abrupt change, the elliptic low pass filter unit (30) is used for processing, thereby realizing voice processing having high biological simulation and low power consumption.
