WHEEL HUB DOCKING DEVICE APPLICABLE TO SINGLE VANE INSTALLATION OF OFFSHORE WIND TURBINE

A wheel hub docking device applicable to single vane (3) installation of an offshore wind turbine, comprising a circular snap ring (14), a spring damper (15), a force actuator (16), buffer boards (17), a controller and an electric motor; the circular snap ring (14) is of a rigid structure and encircles a wheel hub (5), and is connected with the buffer boards (17) via the spring damper (15) and the force actuator (16); the buffer boards (17) are made of flexible composite materials; roots of a plurality of the buffer boards (17) are hinged to an outer edge of the wheel hub (5) by means of connection hinges (11), and the buffer boards (17) can rotate around the roots; the force actuator (16) is driven by the controller and the electric motor in a cabin (6); a plurality of flange bores (12) are formed in a vane (3) and the wheel hub (5); and the vane and the wheel hub are fixed by means of bolts after docking. The installation and debugging of the wheel hub docking device can both be completed when an onshore cabin module is installed. The wheel hub docking device comprises: a circular snap ring (14), buffer boards (17), a force actuator (16), a spring damper (15), a controller and an electric motor, which are all mature commercial products and can be produced conveniently.
