Disclosed are an improved range-adjustable dual-ring infiltration apparatus and in-situ testing method for soil permeability coefficient for monitoring in-situ soil infiltration coefficient/permeability coefficient, belonging to the technical field of equipment for measuring hydrogeological parameters. The apparatus comprises an integrated Markov bottle (1.1), a dual ring (9) and an adjusting mechanism (1.3). A piston (1.9) moving horizontally is provided in the integrated Markov bottle (1.1), the piston (1.9) partitions the integrated Markov bottle (1.1) into an equivalent inner Markov bottle (16) and an equivalent outer Markov bottle (17), the dual ring (9) comprises an inner ring (18) and an outer ring (19), the equivalent inner Markov bottle (16) communicates with an area inside the inner ring (18), and the outer Markov bottle (17) communicates with an area between the inner ring (18) and the outer ring (19). The range-adjustable dual-ring infiltration apparatus realises in-situ monitoring for the coefficient of infiltration of ground surface soil, testing precision is considerably improved as compared with the prior art, and the apparatus is suitable for scenarios where infiltration is relatively slow and the time period of stable infiltration is relatively long, improving the working efficiency and the in-situ test data precision, having widespread value.
