PATENT CASE DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND WORKING METHOD THEREOF

A patent case distribution management system, comprising a patent case inputting unit (1), a patent case distributing unit (2), a patent case modifying unit (3), a patent case querying unit (4), a patent case archiving unit (5), an abandoned patent case unit (6), a patent agent unit (7), a procedure personnel unit (8), and an administrator unit (9). The administrator unit (9) distributes patent cases to the patent agent unit (7) by means of the patent case inputting unit (1), the patent case distributing unit (2), and the patent case modifying unit (3). The patent agent unit (7), the procedure personnel unit (8), and the administrator unit (9) can all query for patent information by using the patent case querying unit (4). The patent case archiving unit (5) stores patents completed by the patent agent unit (7). The abandoned patent case unit (6) stores patents abandoned by the administrator unit (9). By means of the management system, patent cases can be quickly and accurately distributed, and the process of patent case distribution can be recorded. The working method is reasonable. Patent cases can be reasonably distributed by means of the method.
