IRON-CONTAINING SLUDGE PYROLYSIS RESIDUE-BASED SLUDGE COMPLEX CONDITIONING AGENT, PREPARATION THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed is an iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue-based sludge complex conditioning agent, comprising an iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue and an oxidizing agent used in combination with the iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue, wherein the iron-containing sludge pyrolysis residue is a pyrolysis residue obtained by dehydrating an iron-containing sludge, obtained from an advanced oxidation technology involving an iron-containing element reagent, as an object to obtain an iron-containing sludge cake, and subsequently pyrolyzing the iron-containing sludge cake. Further disclosed is the preparation and use of the sludge complex conditioning agent. The problems in the treatment and disposal of sludge cakes at the end of existing sludge treatment and disposal technologies are effectively solved; furthermore, the iron-containing sludge cake is used to form a complex conditioning agent useful for the deep dehydration of sludge, and the complex conditioning agent, as a sludge conditioning agent, is recyclable for the conditioning of sludge, such that the full utilization of resources can be realized.
