The present invention relates to a deliberate practice process for effectively and efficiently acquiring the ability to use a foreign language at a native speaker's level in any foreign language through a combination of shadowing and speed listening. The present invention: reduces the burden of shadowing on a user by changing a reproduction speed of a sound source and allowing the user to alternately listen to the sound source, the reproduction speed of which has been changed, and a sound source reproduced at a normal speed in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of this practice; allows the user to easily recognize the meanings of phonemes by allowing the user to continuously listen to standard pronunciation, synthesized using artificial intelligence, from a low speed to a high speed; and strengthens this process through speed listening, so as to prepare the user to be able to perfectly imitate actual pronunciation at a normal speed like a native speaker. Through this process, the user acquires listening comprehension by learning bottom-up listening and top-down listening in an efficient and orderly manner, and thus can acquire speaking ability like a native speaker.
