STEP COUNTING SHOE AND STEP COUNTING SYSTEM

Disclosed are a step counting shoe (10) and a step counting system. The step counting shoe (10) comprises a shoe body (100), a step counting sensor (200), a communication device (300) and a processor (400), wherein the shoe body (100) comprises a shoe sole (110) and a shoe body (120), the shoe body (120) being arranged on the shoe sole (110); the step counting sensor (200), the communication device (300) and the processor (400) are arranged on the shoe body (120); and the step counting sensor (200) and the communication device (300) are respectively electrically connected to the processor (400). The step counting system comprises a terminal apparatus and the step counting shoe (10), with the step counting shoe (10) being in communication connection with the terminal apparatus by means of the communication device (300). The step counting shoe (10) is convenient to use and avoids the disadvantages, such as being inconvenient to carry or poor wearing comfort, caused by the fact that a user has to hold or wear a step counting apparatus when exercising.
