A finishing method for knitted denim, comprising the following steps: S1. flat rolling; S2. flat loose cold stacking machine dipping and rolling; S3. flat A-frame rotating stacking; S4. flat loose washing and drying; and S5. shaping and pre-shrinking. The beneficial effects are: the present method is a new design, and innovatively passes the knitted denim fabric through flat loose low-tension dipping and rolling, rotating stacking, and multi-tank flat loose washing, so that the finishing agent can soak evenly and for a long time into the knitted denim fabric with poor colour fastness; by means of not adding excessive lateral or vertical tensile force, and removing the floating color on the knitted denim and implementing colour fixing, the produced denim fabric has high colour fastness, stable weight, little floating colour, stable torsion, stable shrinkage, and few dead creases on the fabric. The high quality knitted denim has wide market prospects.
