Provided is a discharge device for discharging, in drop form, liquid content in a tube vessel wherein, in order to make it possible to easily discharge, in drop form, the liquid content by passing the liquid content through a narrow passage followed by a wide passage and then again through a wide passage followed by a narrow passage as a user opens and closes a discharge hole by means of pressure, said discharge device comprises, sequentially assembled: a tube main body; a tube head that is fused to one end of the tube main body; a regulator that adjusts the discharge amount of the liquid content; and a valve that is disposed below the regulator and opens when the liquid content in the tube main body is pressurized and closes when the pressure is released. Accordingly, the present invention has the effect of making it possible to smoothly use the appropriate amount considered necessary, and in particular, since outside air does not flow in due to the opening and closing of the discharge hole, the present invention has the effect of making it possible to prevent spoiling of the liquid content and thus ensure long-term usage.
