According to the present invention, a system for providing a service related to an electronic harmonics algorithm for comparing, distinguishing, and recognizing a sound of an individual animal infected with an animal disease including avian influenza by using peak frequency detect (PFD) technology can accurately diagnose whether birds are infected with respiratory disease and whether birds are infected with avian influenza, and thus can quickly prevent damage caused by avian influenza. An algorithm according to the present invention can develop in terms of artificial intelligence through deep learning and machine learning.
