The test hole (105) is larger than or equal to a size of a camera component of a terminal under test, such that the camera component of the terminal under test captures an image of the test image card (104, 304) on the base (101, 301) via the test hole (105), and a field of view of the camera component of the terminal under test is determined on the basis of a mapping relationship between end points of the captured image and the multiple concentric circles marked with graduations. The field of view measurement device can simplify steps of measuring a field of view and improves the accuracy of a measurement result.
