The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for detecting the fallback result of circuit switched fallback (CSFB), comprising: during performing CSFB on the basis of indication information indicating user equipment to perform a voice service using a preset CSFB optimization scheme, detecting that a wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) network ignores a routing area update (RAU) request initiated by the user equipment in the WCDMA network, the RAU request being an RAU request initiated, regarding a packet switched (PS) domain resource request, by the user equipment in the WCDMA network on the basis of the completion of the establishment of a voice call of a circuit switched (CS) domain; under the state of the WCDMA network ignoring the RAU request initiated by the user equipment, detecting a voice call state of the user equipment in the WCDMA network; and determining, at least on the basis of the voice call state, whether the fallback of the CSFB is successful. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose a device for detecting the fallback result of CSFB, and a storage medium.
