A magnetic compensation method based on an aeromagnetic compensation correction model, the method comprising steps of: before an aeromagnetic flight, acquiring, by means of an aeromagnetic compensation error model, an upper error limit of magnetic noise caused by an environmental background field of a survey region and an aeromagnetic flight platform; determining, according to the upper error limit of the magnetic noise caused by the environmental background field and the aeromagnetic flight platform, whether conditions are suited to performance of an aeromagnetic survey flight, and if so, then performing a calibration flight to acquire a compensation coefficient; and performing an actual flight to acquire attitude data, combining the same with the compensation coefficient acquired from the calibration flight to calculate a solution for an interference magnetic field, and performing magnetic compensation.
