Disclosed in the present invention is an anti-theft processing method for a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: when a mobile terminal is in an unlocking-disabled mode, obtaining current location information of the mobile terminal and image information of a person attempting to unlock the terminal captured when an unlocking operation of the mobile terminal fails; and sending the location information and the image information to a preset anti-theft account. Also disclosed in the present invention are a mobile terminal and a readable storage medium. After a mobile terminal is lost, if an unlocking operation is executed on the mobile terminal and specific conditions are met, related location information of the lost mobile terminal and image information of a user can be obtained, thereby assisting in recovery of the mobile terminal.
