摘要

A polymer for bringing charge reversal by means of hydrolysis induced by catalysis of γ glutamyl transpeptidase, and a preparation method therefor. The polymer contains a γ-glutamyl transpeptidase response element represented by formula (I). The polymer serves as an anti-tumor drug carrier, has a long circulation time in blood, and is hydrolyzed to generate amino groups in the catalysis of high-expression γ-glutamyl transpeptidase surrounding blood vessels; and charges are changed from negative or neutral charges to positive charges, so that the positively-charged polymer effectively permeate into the inside of tumor tissues and rapidly enters tumor cells, thereby greatly improving the treatment effect of the drugs on tumors. Accordingly, the problems of low spread speed and weak effect on tumor cells, of conventional polymeric drug carriers are resolved, which is of great significance in tumor resistance and treatment in the medical field.
