A method for predicting the therapeutic effectiveness of chemotherapy for a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patient, wherein the method contains at least one step selected from the group consisting of a step for measuring the expression of a T-cell marker in a specimen obtained from the patient, a step for measuring the expression of a macrophage marker or dendritic cell marker in a specimen obtained from the patient, and a step for measuring the expression of an interstitial cell marker in a specimen obtained from the patient; and a step for predicting, on the basis of the expression of this marker, the prognosis for the therapy.
