The present invention relates to a LiDAR measurement error correction device, comprising: a measurement error correction unit for calculating a flow incline angle for each piece of second wind speed data by using the second wind speed data acquired by LiDAR, calculating a turbulence intensity for each piece of first wind speed data by using the first wind speed data acquired by a meteorological mast, performing a regression analysis utilizing a BIN method in consideration of both the flow incline angle and the turbulence intensity, calculating an estimation error equation for each BIN so as to obtain an estimation error, and calculating corrected second wind speed data in which the second wind speed data of the LiDAR is corrected using the calculated estimation error; and a storage unit connected to the measurement error correction unit, storing the first and second wind speed data, and storing data calculated by the measurement error correction unit.
