Disclosed is a handheld formwork adjustment tool for mounting a railway bridge pier formwork. The handheld formwork adjustment tool comprises a substrate (1), a detent nut (2), a directional nut (3), a handle (4), a detent bolt (5) and a detent protruding claw (8), wherein the detent protruding claw (8) is arranged at a front end of the substrate (1), and the detent protruding claw (8) is used for buckling a reinforced steel plate bolt hole (6) of a pier formwork (7) to serve the functions of fixing and limiting same; the detent nut (2) and the directional nut (3) are fixedly arranged on the substrate (1); the detent bolt (5) is screwed into the detent nut (2), and the detent nut (2) and the detent bolt (5) are provided with threads adapted to each other; and the handle (4) is screwed into the directional nut (3), and the directional nut (3) and the handle (4) are provided with threads adapted to each other. The handheld formwork adjustment tool innovates a railway bridge formwork mounting tool, improves the work efficiency of formwork mounting, and saves on the investment in labour and equipment.
